We are currently looking for an Account Executive who wants to join our team. You will help us in the commercialization of our software services to medium and large companies within Spain.

What will you do?
Your mission will be the commercialization of Novicap’s software services to medium and large companies within Spain. You will be responsible for driving recurrent software revenue for Novicap, by taking ownership of all aspects of the sales process and adding new customers to our portfolio. This includes active prospecting, qualification, discovery, closing and account management, playing an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.
In order to achieve your mission, you will:
Develop and maintain an actionable sales plan that ensures the attainment of revenue targets, through new client acquisition and optimizing existing client’ revenue
Collaborate with our partners network to land new opportunities / logos
Prospect, develop and close prospective clients for Novicap’s software services
Proactively adopt a consultative and solution-focused approach to the sales process
Optimize revenue generation during the first year of a client account, notably through up- and cross-selling of other Novicap products
Keep aware of any new market developments and competitive information, and communicate those to the appropriate teams at Novicap
In doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap’s long-term growth plans 🚀

Who will you be working with?
You will report directly to the Head of Saas Sales. He has been here since the beginnings of Novicap and will make you get as far as you want. You will work closely with the rest of colleagues across Madrid and Barcelona. A young and dynamic team that’s waiting for you with arms open!
You are the right fit if you:
Have 3+ years’ experience in a enterprise software sales role, ideally in the financial industry
Have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, namely in new customer acquisition, ideally in the Mid-market segment
Have the capability to maintain strategic conversations with C-suite executive at prospect and client companies
Are flexible and resilient, while being autonomous and driven
Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
It will be a plus if you:
Have knowledge of working capital optimization solutions (e.g. Dynamic Discounting)
