- Build, manage and support a strong recruitment function to attract the best talent with special focus on Tech and sales Hiring
- You will be the company’s culture advocate and brand builder to help attract and retain the best to the organization.
- Build upon our current compensation/ benefits programs
- Ensure our new hires receive all necessary training and are fully equipped and ready to make an impact through an effective onboarding program.
- Manage HR operational matters such as employee relations, compensation reviews, escalated benefits issues, performance management, etc.
- Compliance: Enhance our employee handbook and enforce HR policies and procedures at Novicap. Help optimize our HR processes through our HR system. Understand HR policies, programs & laws
- Experience in HR departments in Start ups/ Scale ups
- Experience in recruiting sales & tech profiles
- Analytical and data driven mindset
- Proficiency english
- Experience working with people from different countries
